About Me — Jess Tineo

My name is Jess Tineo, and I’m an entrepreneur, technology enthusiast, and photographer based in Southwest Florida.

I’ve been involved in the low-voltage industry since 2005, with a passion for technology, innovation, and creating solutions that make homes and businesses smarter, safer, and more enjoyable.

As the owner of Home Audio and Security Design Inc., I specialize in residential and commercial low-voltage systems, including structural wiring, security cameras, alarm systems, 24/7 alarm monitoring, home automation, audio and video, lighting control, networking, and smart home technology. I enjoy working with builders, contractors, homeowners, and commercial clients to bring projects to life, from the initial planning stages to the finished installation.

For me, it’s about more than installing equipment. It’s about attention to detail, quality workmanship, building relationships, and taking pride in the finished product.

My Passion for Photography

Photography has become another way for me to express my creativity and see the world from a different perspective.

I enjoy photographing my own work and documenting projects as they come together. From professionally installed technology systems and equipment racks to finished residential and commercial spaces, I like capturing the details that people might otherwise overlook. My goal is to showcase the craftsmanship, planning, and hard work that go into every project while creating professional images that help tell the story behind my business.

I shoot with my Sony A7 IV and continue to learn, experiment, and improve my photography skills with every opportunity.

Outside of work, I enjoy street photography as a hobby. I love exploring different places, observing everyday life, and capturing interesting moments, architecture, city scenes, and the character of the people and places around me. Street photography challenges me to slow down, pay attention to my surroundings, and find something unique in ordinary moments.

Whether I’m photographing a completed installation, an architectural detail, or a candid street scene, I enjoy the challenge of finding the right angle, the right light, and the moment that makes an image stand out.

Technology, Business & Creativity

I’ve always enjoyed learning new things, exploring technology, and finding ways to improve what I do. Photography gives me an opportunity to combine that mindset with creativity, while my business allows me to turn ideas into real-world projects.

I believe there is always something new to learn, whether it’s a new technology, a better way to approach a project, or a different way to see the world through a camera lens.

For me, it all comes down to passion, craftsmanship, and capturing the details that make a difference.
